By the term security I understand two things in connection with your website:

• the security of your website against attacks and threats from outside
• the security of the visitors of your website

In the first case, for example, it is a matter of ensuring that your website is not taken over by third parties who then place their own content or malicious code on your website.

In the second case, for example, it is a matter of ensuring that your website is accessible to your visitors (exclusively!) via an encrypted connection.
